Getting GST Registration Online involves more than submitting an online form. It requires correct eligibility assessment, proper documentation, accurate filing, and timely follow-up with the GST department. Any error at the application stage can lead to delays or rejection.
We manage the entire GST registration process for you β from application filing and verification to obtaining your GST Registration Certificate, along with ongoing GST compliance support, so your business stays compliant from day one.
What is GST Registration?
GST Registration Online is the official process of obtaining a GST Registration Certificate (GSTIN) through the Government of Indiaβs GST Portal. If your business or professional activity involves supplying goods or services, we take care of evaluating your eligibility and filing your GST registration application accurately as per GST law.
Once the application is approved, we ensure you receive your GST Registration Certificate (Form GST REG-06) without delays or complications. This certificate legally authorises your business to collect GST, issue GST - compliant invoices, and operate as a registered taxpayer in India. We also assist you with periodic GST return filing and ongoing statutory requirements, so your business remains compliant without added stress.
After GST Registration, you are authorised to:
- Charge GST on taxable goods or services supplied to customers
- Avail input tax credit (ITC) on eligible business expenses
- Issue tax invoices in the prescribed GST format
- Submit required tax returns and comply with GST law provisions
The GST registration process is completed entirely online through the official GST portal. No physical submission of documents is required. Applicants only need to upload scanned documents and complete Aadhaar-based verification or Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) authentication, which we handle to ensure a smooth and error-free experience.
Having a GSTIN improves business credibility, is often mandatory for working with corporates or marketplaces, and is compulsory once you cross specified turnover limits.

Who Must Register for GST?
GST registration is mandatory for certain businesses and optional (voluntary) for others. You must register for GST if you fall under any of the following categories:
1. Aggregate Turnover Threshold
Businesses whose aggregate turnover in a financial year exceeds the prescribed limit β βΉ40 lakh for goods (βΉ20 lakh for North-Eastern & special category States) and βΉ20 lakh for services (βΉ10 lakh for North-Eastern & special category States) β are required to obtain GST registration. The turnover threshold differs based on type of supply (goods or services) and whether the State is a normal State or a special category State. Businesses should verify the latest applicable limits before filing for registration.
2. Interstate Supply
Businesses involved in interstate supply of goods or services (i.e., supplying from one state to another) may be required to register irrespective of turnover, subject to the current threshold rules and exemptions.
3. E-Commerce Sellers & Marketplaces
- Persons selling through e-commerce platforms
- E-commerce operators liable to collect TCS under GST
4. Casual & Non-Resident Taxable Persons
- Casual taxable persons β Persons who occasionally undertake supplies in a state/UT where they have no fixed place of business (for example, trade fairs or exhibitions).
- Non-resident taxable persons β Persons residing outside India but making taxable supplies in India.
5. Others Who Must Register
- Persons liable to pay tax under reverse charge
- Input Service Distributors (ISD)
- Persons required to deduct TDS / collect TCS under GST
- Agents of a supplier and authorised representatives
- Any other person notified by the Government
Even if your turnover is below the threshold, you may opt for voluntary registration to avail input tax credit and to work smoothly with larger clients who prefer dealing with registered suppliers.
